Compliance with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training is still required for the real estate industry.

Failure to fulfill CPD requirements may hinder the renewal of your licence.

Completing the CPD training early in the year is crucial to stay current, adapt to changes, maintain professional standards and gain a competitive edge in the market.

Three CPD points from mandatory activities and seven points from elective activities must be obtained each calendar year.

You can complete the mandatory CPD training in the Perth metropolitan area either face to face or online from one of four approved providers. Contact them directly to book.

Face to face training sessions will also be available in selected regional locations. For regional face to face attendance, please contact Aspire Performance Training.
