Effective from the first full pay period on or after 5 June 2024, the Shop and Warehouse Award will be updated. The updates to the Shop and Warehouse Award amend award provisions to better reflect contemporary retail trading arrangements.

The current WA award summary outlines the conditions that continue to apply until the day before the effective date.

unincorporated partnerships
unincorporated trust arrangements
incorporated associations and other non-profit bodies that are not trading or financial corporations
